Meet Our Founder

Stephanie M. Jackson is the founder of G.R.A.C.E., Inc. and a dedicated behavioral health and accessibility professional with over 25 years of experience serving individuals and families facing complex challenges. Her work has focused on supporting people with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, and individuals navigating mental health, housing, and financial crises.
Stephanie brings extensive expertise in program development, advocacy, and collaborative care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, person-centered solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked across community, healthcare, and government settings, helping individuals access critical resources and build pathways to stability and independence.
She holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology, earned magna cum laude, and is known for her compassionate leadership, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to helping others thrive. Through G.R.A.C.E., Inc., Stephanie continues her mission to restore hope, promote dignity, and empower lasting change in the community.
